DIRECTV - B2C Engagement & Sales Experience

Led the design of key conversion-driving features to improve DIRECTV’s package selection and customer support journey. These included the “Let’s Chat” engagement widget, which surfaced dynamic CTAs for chat and calls based on user behavior and intent, and the “Take Our Quiz” onboarding flow that guided new users to relevant offers.

Contributed modular components to the Fusion Design System, promoting consistency while supporting UX flexibility grounded in behavioral insights and business needs.
